Lorrie Beil's journey is a true testament to perseverance and dedication. Beginning her martial arts training as a teenager in 1993, she reached the rank of Go Kyu (blue belt) before stepping back to start a family. After 21 years, Lorrie returned to karate and achieved the rank of Shodan (black belt) in 2022. She credits her instructors for pushing her beyond her limits and is now passionate about helping others reach their highest potential.
Outside the dojo, Lorrie has dedicated over 24 years to her career as a Registered Nurse at University Hospitals, working with mothers and infants. In her free time, she enjoys biking, camping, and is an active member of Hambden Congregational Church.
