A class dedicated to sword fighting. We use combat grade LED sabers to work through different HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) techniques. Some loaner gear and sabers are available. Combat sparring is limited to participants with enough protective gear to be safe.
A very fun way to get a good sweat going while unleasing your inner kid.

Kids Class
The kids' classes are for ages five through twelve. These classes focus on basic martial arts skills, Discipline, concentration, self confidence, self control and much more. Classes are forty-five minutes. We also focus on the children's school performance and grades.
Kids & Adults Class
Classes with a mixture of kids and adults from ages 5 and up. Kids & Adult class allows for families to train together. Often times kids will get paired up with kids and adults with adults, but many of the drills and workouts allow for kids and adults to perform the same task at the same time.
Adult Novice Class
This class is for ages thirteen and up. The class focus is on fitness and basic martial arts techniques and self defense. The class is for men and women. The goal is to teach basic self defense, condition the students and to work on focus. Students will learn the foundation to Kajukenpo Karate.
Adult Advanced Class
This class is for Green belt (Roku Kyu) adults through Black belt. Students work together to build their endurance and continue to sharpen their skills as a martial artist. Most students that reach this level have been training for one year or more.
Aerobic Kickboxing
This class is a forty-five minute cardio workout. This is ages sixteen and up. The focus of this class is on conditioning, toning, endurance and building. You will be shown all of the basic conditioning techniques of this total body workout, by a certified instructor. You will learn and perform at your own pace and continue to improve.
We have thirty different class structures that include working with exercise balls, stretch bands, weights, jump ropes, focus pads and free standing bags. Don't worry if you don't jump rope, we will have you doing something else to keep the workout going.

Now offering a Historical Fencing/ LED saber class. Come in and learn how to safely swing around a sword with friends. $40 per month gives you access to an instructor led class once a week. We will cover basic sword strikes and parries derived from HEMA disciples focused towards baskethilt broadsword and adapted to LED saber.
Yoga
Now offering All Levels Yoga!! Join Jeanette Chaky Peters, a certified 500hr Yoga Instructor, for a 45 min class twice a month learning how to strengthen and restore our bodies. This class combines the breath to movement, strengthening the body and restoring the mind.
