Sensei T.J. Stuber is the nephew of Munson KI founder, Grand Master James Stuber. His martial arts journey with the Karate Institute began in May 2021, and he was promoted to Shodan in June 2024. Throughout his career, Sensei T.J. Stuber has represented Munson KI in various local, regional, and national tournaments, earning numerous accolades, including:
- 2021: Munson KI Most Outstanding Student, Yellow Belt Points Champion
- 2022: Munson KI Most Improved Student, Green Belt Points Champion, Kick-A-Thon Top Kicker
- 2023: Munson KI Competitor of the Year, Brown Belt Points Champion, Overall Points Champion, AKA Intermediate/Advanced Point Sparring National Champion, AKA Intermediate/Advanced Open Hand Forms National Champion, AKA Intermediate/Advanced Weapons Forms National Runner-Up
- 2024: Munson KI Competitor of the Year, Brown Belt Points Champion, Kick-A-Thon Top Kicker, Golden KI Award
Outside of Karate, Sensei T.J. Stuber excelled in wrestling as a three-year varsity letter winner at Madison High School and currently holds a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Coach David Hearst.
